नाहन : कोरोना कर्फ्यू का उल्लंघन करने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ सिरमौर में पुलिस की मुहिम जारी है । शुक्रवार को जिला मुख्यालय में को एसपी ड़ा खुशहाल शर्मा, एसएसपी बबीता राणा ने कोरोना कर्फ़्यू के आदेशों को लागू करने को नाहन के प्रमुख बाज़ार का औचक निरीक्षण किया तथा पुलिस प्रबंधों का जायजा लिया । जिले के एसपी ड़ा खुशहाल शर्मा ने बताया कि इस दौरान मास्क न पहनने, सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर उचित सामाजिक दूरी बनाए रखने के नियमों का उलंघन करते हुये पाये गए लोंगो के पुलिस अधिनियम के अंतर्गत चालान किए गए और जुर्माना वसूल किया गया ।
गौरतलब है कि पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा जिला सभी पुलिस अधिकारियों तथा थानाध्यक्षों को कोरोना कर्फ़्यू के दिशा- निर्देशों कि उलंघना करने वालों के विरुद्ध Zero-Tolerance की नीति अपनाते हुये कठोर कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश जारी किए है । इसी कड़ी में हिमाचल पुलिस एक्ट के अन्तर्गत कुल 43 चालान करते हुए 21,500/- रूपऐ जुर्माना वसूल किया गया तथा दो मामले न्यायालय के लिए प्रेषित किये गये हैं ।
बाहरी राज्यों से आने वाले वाहनों को स्टोन क्रेशर इकाइयों में आवाजाही का समय निर्धारित
नाहन : जिला सिरमौर में कोरोना कर्फ्यू के दौरान सभी स्टोन क्रेशर इकाइयों कोविड-19 के लिए जारी किये गए मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए संचालित की जाएगी। यह आदेश जिला दण्डाधिकारी सिरमौर डा. आर0के0 परूथी ने जारी किए। आदेशो के अनुसार इन क्रेशर स्थलों पर बाहरी राज्यों से आने वाले ट्रक/वाहनों को केवल रात्री 9 बजे से प्रातः 5 बजे तक आवाजाही की अनुमति होगी जबकि जिला के भीतर निर्माण गतिविधियों के लिए खनन सामग्री ले जाने वाले ट्रक/वाहनों को कोविड-19 प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करते हुए केवल एक व्यक्ति के साथ पूरे दिन आवाजाही के लिए अनुमति दी गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि सभी स्टोन क्रेशर इकाइयों को अपने परिसर को नियमित रूप से सैनिटाइज करना होगा और कर्मचारियों व मजदूरों को फेस मास्क कवर प्रदान करने होंगे। खनन स्थलों पर ‘नो मास्क नो सर्विस’ नियम का सख्ती से पालन करना होगा। सभी स्टोन क्रेशर इकाइयों को दैनिक रजिस्टर में क्रेशर स्थल पर आने वाले ट्रक/वाहनों का विवरण ड्राइवर के पूर्ण विवरण के साथ दर्ज करना होगा।

नाहन : माल रोड़ पर कोरोना नियमों की अवहेलना करते हुए ठेके के शट्टर के नीचे से चोरी-छुपे लोगों को शराब बेचने की सूचना मिलने के बाद एएसपी बबीता राणा ने शराब के ठेके पर छापा मारा । ठेका के अन्दर से शट्टर के नीचे से कोरोना कर्फ्यू के नियमों की उल्लंघना करते हुए सेल्समैन को रंगे हाथों पकड़ा।
पुलिस ने उक्त व्यक्ति के विरूद्ध हिमाचल प्रदेश अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही करते हुए मौका पर 5000/- रूपऐ जुर्माना किया है। इसके अतिरिक्त आबकारी विभाग को उक्त घटना के बारे में सूचित किया गया और मौका पर बुलाकर उक्त शराब विक्रेता के विरूद्ध नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करने को कहा गया है। बबीता राणा ने बताया कि सूचना के बाद यह कारवाई की गई है।

राज्य के चार जिलों में कोरोना कफ्र्यू होगा लागू
शिमला- कोरोना महामारी के मामलों में तेजी से हो रही वृद्धि के दृष्टिगत राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश के 4 जिलों कांगड़ा, ऊना, सोलन और सिरमौर में 27 अप्रैल मध्य रात्रि से 10 मई, 2021 तक रात्रि 10 बजे से सुबह 5 बजे तक कोरोना कफ्र्यू लगाने का निर्णय लिया है। यह निर्णय आज यहां मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर की अध्यक्षता में हुई उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में लिया गया।
राज्य में आने वाले सभी आगन्तुकों को 72 घंटों के भीतर आरटीपीसीआर परीक्षण अनिवार्य करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि राज्य में आने वाले किसी व्यक्ति ने यदि कोविड आरटीपीसीआर परीक्षण नहीं करवाया है तो उसे अपने निवास स्थान पर 14 दिन तक होम क्वारन्टीन रहना होगा। उनके पास घर आने के 7 दिन के बाद स्वयं परीक्षण करवाने का विकल्प भी होगा और यदि परीक्षण नेगेटिव पाया जाता है तो उन्हें होम क्वारन्टीन में रहने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
बैठक में यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्थानीय निकाय अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया और दिशा-निर्देशों को प्रभावी रूप से लागू करने में शामिल होंगे और उनके पास उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का अधिकार होगा ताकि कोरोना महामारी को फैलने से रोका जा सके।

गौशालाओं को स्वावलंबी बनाने के लिए एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला आयोजित
नाहन – जिला सिरमौर के नाहन स्थित माता बाला सुंदरी गौशाला में गौशालाओं को स्वावलंबी बनाने के लिए उपायुक्त सिरमौर डॉ0आर0के0परूथी की अध्यक्षता में एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यशाला में जिला के सभी गौशालाओं के समन्वयकों ने भाग लिया।

इस कार्यशाला में मुख्य वक्ता वैद्य राजेश कपूर ने गाय के गोबर व गोमूत्र से बनने वाले पदार्थों जैसे गौ मूत्र अर्क, पंचगव्य, उबटन, हवन सामग्री, धूप, साबुन, केश तेल, चटाई आदि के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि यह सभी पदार्थ देसी नस्ल की गाय के गोबर व गौ मूत्र के मिश्रण से बनी होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने लोगों को देसी गाय पालने का संदेश देते हुए बताया कि देसी गाय के गोबर व गौ मूत्र से बनी खाद कृषि भूमि की उर्वकता बढ़ाती है। उन्होंने बताया कि गाय के गोबर व गौ मूत्र से बने पदार्थोंं जैसे गौ मूत्र अर्क के इस्तेमाल से कई गम्भीर रोग ठीक हो सकते हैं और गाय के गोबर व गौ मूत्र से बनी चटाई पर पैर रख कर बैठने से बीपी व शूगर की बिमारियों से जूझ रहे लोगों के लिए लाभादायक है। इसके अतिरिक्त गाय के गोबर व गौ मूत्र से कई प्रकार के कोस्मेटिक्स भी बनाए जा सकते है और खाना बनाने के लिए ईधन के रूप में भी गाय के गोबर का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने हिम अन्नपूर्णा फूड वेन को झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया
शिमला – मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने ओक ओवर से ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अन्तर्गत मोबाइल किचन हिम अन्नपूर्णा फूड वेन को झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह फूड वेन एक स्वयं सहायता समूह द्वारा संचालित की जा रही है जो महिलाओं की आर्थिकी को सुदृढ़ करने के साथ रोज़गार के अवसर प्रदान करेगी।मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस फूड वेन में पारम्परिक व्यंजन परोसे जाएंगे जिसे महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि 1.50 लाख रुपये की लागत वाली इस फूड वेन में राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अन्तर्गत सामुदायिक निवेश फंड से महिलाओं को 50 प्रतिशत राशि प्रदान की जाएगी जबकि शेष 50 प्रतिशत राशि विभाग द्वारा काॅरपोरेट सोशल फंड के अन्तर्गत प्रदान की जाएगी।
जय राम ठाकुर ने कहा कि इस फूड वेन को पायलट आधार पर शिमला से रवाना किया गया है और भविष्य में राज्य के अन्य ज़िलों में भी इसको आरम्भ किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पहल से प्रधानमंत्री के आत्मनिर्भर भारत के सपने को साकार करने में मदद मिलेगी और महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को रोज़गार के अवसर भी प्राप्त होंगे।
